Best winter holiday hotel and resort for me - amazing hotel, facilities, food, and foremost the amazing friendly and helpful staff. The resort is perfect - a lot of slopes, loads of sun and snow generally is very good and prepared. Recommended. Been there many times now.

We were not guests, but we were in need. Skilift left us 30km from our car and the owner of the hotel took the ski bus and delivered us to bus station and gave directions how to reach Brunico. If the owner is so kind and helpful im sure its the best hotel in the whole region ! Thank you so much !

In a few words.. the service was superb, the food was sublime, the entertainment was outstanding. My holiday was like a beautiful dream I did not want to wake up from....|Thank you all for making my holiday amazing!!!! I will definitely go back.

The location and the hotel itself are great, but the staff and the food, that's exceptional. We felt realy welcomed and very well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, clean, in alpine style and cosy. The food is fresh, healthy and very tasty. The athmosphere is calm, friendly and cosy.

even though our family room was a bit small, there was enough space for a stay. otherwise everything in hotel was perfect; from delicious food and helpful / kind staff, to great shuttle to the slopes ( only 30sek away). Thank you for your hospitality. See you next winter!

Best ski/snowboard hotel I have experienced - 5th time we stayed and each time is super. Amazing quality of the hotel, the facilities, the food and most important the ever happy and pampering staff. Absolutely number one location for me. Ski area is great and very varied.
